Autoplicity TH Motorsport Deceptive Online Catalog/replaced MOOG part ordered with inferior brand Morton Grove Illinois

I ordered Moog K5161 bushings from Autoplicity on July 09, 2016. When the parts arrived on July 13, 2016, they had shipped Quicksteer which is an inferior brand made by Federal Mogul.

I immediately called Autoplicity and was told they would contact me after consulting with the warehouse. Of course they did not call. When I called them on July 15, 2016, I was told I had ordered Quicksteer NOT Moog. 

When I rebuffed their claim, I was told to take a picture of the parts shipped to me, I did and emailed them to Veronica Cabrarrea. She was supposed to contact me when they reviewed my claim. Again, she did not call.

I have called numerous times trying to resolve this issue and have been disconnected after waiting 10 minutes or more.  I talked with another representative named Aaron and told he would contact me if we were disconnected. MORE BS! In the mean time, I have a bay in my shop tied up with a car that I cannot move . I could be making $45 p/hr. in that space if this was resolved.

I am going to attempt to call one more time. IF I cannot get this resolved, I am going to hire a lawyer to recoup not only the money I paid for the part, I will be suing for lost revenue since July 13, 2016
