The transmission had been jerking and bucking into gears at times. Went to a Nissan dealer for diagnosis and give them my extended service contract info with "Autosave." The service advisor contacted me a few hours later and stated that the Autosave rep. was rude and the component would not be covered.

The failed part on my car was the transmission control valve but Autosave declined to cover the repair. Autosave was more interested in the repairing or replacing of the transmission itself even though it's the control valve that allows the trans to shift gears smoothly. Estimated cost for me, $1,400.00
