started a claim with this company for a alternator that needed replacement after talking to an idiot by the name of andy that has no business in the automotive field telling me how to diagnose a failed alternator and then telling me the part is still good. better yet telling me to remove the part and have it tested just to waste time and not approve a claim that states the part in question is a covered part fine we call the next day to tell the same idiot now the part seized up he says a inspector will see the car vech is disabled for 2 days after and only that we call agian and they say the inspector will be there in 2 hours 20 mins pass by and we receive a fax approving the repair for 1/3 or less the original cost of parts and labor they had no intention of sending anyone they just wanting to waste our time i called back to confront him and he says oh we decided to approve the claim. yeah for 195.00 they faxed a list of junk yards in canada for the part this guy is so dam stupid its beyond belief at that point steam was coming from my ears. then he has the nerve to say to me i just called to b***h to thank god i was recording the conversation of which a copy will be sent to the right hands
