i ordered several plants when i recieved them they looked like twigs to me i call them at that time she told me they were dormant give them time they will be ok you will have beatiful flowers this summer well its been 3 more weeks now and i cant even find them in their pots each was indival pots they were so small
i was afraid to put them outside in the ground so i potted them but they never got bigger THEIR GONE i dumped the pots out looked thru the dirt cant find any thing they vanished so i called autumn ridge again she said send them back so we can see them theres nothing to send so she told me she would send me a paper to fill out so i did that now she tells me she will send me more plants for half price plus shipping i dont feel this is right she should replace them for free
after all i did call when i recieved those poor pitiful little twigs

I am a customer of Autumn Ridge Nursery. All of my orders have been shiped and recived within the time specified, and have arrived in good condition. One of the trees I ordered didn't make it. I called Autumn Ridge Nursery and they sent me a paper to fill out and return to them. This paper said I would be billed 1/2 prce of the item I ordered, and $2.50 freight. It also stated that I would also recieve 2 additional items free. When I sent in the paper, I also added another tree in addition to the 2 free trees. The order was processed imeaditly. When I recieved it everything was in the package, in good condition, and I was not charged for any of it. How much more fair can you get?????
