Avalon Tronix Deceptive Advertising. Advertised as NEW and was Refurbished California

After 3 days, I attempted to locate tracking number with no success.  They answered me with some excuse of being to early to check on things like that.  The item arrived on the 10th day but when we attempted to register the item with Garmin, we were advised this was a serial number already used.  When we contacted Garmin, we were advised this unit had been refurbished and number had never been cleared for reuse.  We contacted Avalon Tronix who have never admitted this as being refurbished.  All they wanted was a Garmin work order ticket which Garmin says they never produce this.

We are out the money and cannot get them to answer us in any way.  They do not list an physical address so I have no idea where they are from.  I did get a phone number on my caller ID from the one phone call they made and that shows to be in Poway, CA

We asked them for a refund of our money and they are refusing nor will they send us a new unit that is not refurbished.

I would never do business with them again.
