Avalon Tronix I was rip-off Orderd a new c330 garmin gps and recivied a refubished c550 gps in a plain white box, Internet

I ordered two New gps c330 from Avalon Tronix it came up under biz rate and said they were a ok to order from. it was late at night when I order from them approximatly 2 to3 days went by when I recieved my order I open the brown box to see that the shipped gps were loose in the box just smashing around and were in plain white boxes when I opened the boxes I notice they were refurbished units no paper work and no warrenty plus they were not what I ORDERED they were c550. So as the web site to them said the ONLY way I could contact them was through email .I called my credit card company and they gave me a phone number to call them so I did the man on the phone said they were security and they could not help me I would have to email them and they would help me .I emailed these people and a lynn sent back a email to me explaining what they had done which I have all the emails back and forth I ask how I could mail back the wrong units for a full refund or give me the order I put in because they sent me items i did not order and did not ask for I did not want an upgrade and when i went back to their site they said they still had two more units thats when they stop all email contact I tried a couple more times to contact them but still nothing.

I called my credit card company back and they said I would have to wait till I recieve my statement and then I could fight it so thats were I am stuck with 2 gps that are not what I ordered and a $344.00 bill please don't let this happen to you and what ever you do don't order from them at all save yourself this problem after I orderd and this happened to me I found out there are a bunch more people that this has happen too.

I thought I was very careful when I ordered things on the web but this was my first and last mistake if they dont have proper phone numbers address or a way to contact them other then email dont order from them they have a great scam going on hopefully you read this before you get riped off too. I wish I could get somebody to help me get my money back and return these refurbished gps to them.
