I purchase AVAST 1 year subscription in June. In November, AVAST stopped working. I called the company tech support, they said I have virus that prevent the software working. And they told me that I need to pay $119 for 1 time clean up the virus or $179. Total rip off. I tried to argued with the reps, but in vain. I have to buy another software. No refunds.
