I responded to an offer of $4.95 for eye serum and moisturizer. A few days later I received 2 products in same box. They then took $98.41 and $97.41 from my credit card account. I immediately called and canceled. They affirmed the cancellation. Two days later I still had these two charges on my bank account. I called again and they told me the account was canceled but I would still be charged for the products. My bank charged me an overdraft charge of $29 each!! After I lost my temper with them and hung up, a supervisor called me back. He told me to watch what I say because conversations were taped. " I told them to go to He##"!! After that the supervisor kept trying to get me to accept some kind of discount. I told them that I'll just cancel my debit card. FINALLY they agreed to refund the two charges. Of course, I'm still stuck with overdraft fees!! Terrible, terrible business practices.
