Avis car rental Avis ripped me off, told me I was just pay inning for the extra insurance but charged me for insurance I already paid for with opodo! Malaga Internet/world

I rented a car through opodo which contained the collision damage waiver. When signing for the car I was asked if I wanted the extra insurance. I said yes as I usually do some minor damage!

when I got my invoice I had been also charged for collision damage waiver!

so I phoned them up and they said this is an addition collision damage waiver. Wtf, how many do I need!

all the language Watson Spanish and not explained to me properly. I have since had an email saying basically you signed a Spanish document so suck it!

i will be presuming this further but I think everyone should stay Away from avis for poor customer service!
