I sold Avon for a while back in 2005. I went to the district manager to turn the items I still had back in for credit which was approx $120.00 worth. For the past 4 months Allied collection agency has harrassed me saying I owe 140 some odd dollars. How is this when I turned all the products I had back in for credit and did not owe anything more? I am really tired of this cuz as the others have also stated they keep saying things about going to court and all. I do not feel that I owe or should pay anything but do not know what to do. If there is anyone (lawyer or someone who knows the law) that can help me please help. I also have a note from the district manager stating what she recieved from me and when. This makes me very angry. It is not that I don't want to pay if I do in fact owe but I honestly don't believe I should pay for something I don't owe. ANYONE, PLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE help me. Thank you

I am an ex sales rep and I have had so many problems with this comapany. What you need to do is contact someone from the National Collections Dept. If they can't help you keep asking for supervisors until someone helps.
They sent my account to a collections agency without me even knowing I owed them anything. And the answer they gave me is that they don't tell there reps themselves...lol
