Avondale Dodge Liars, cheaters, bastards Avondale Arizona

Mid November of 07 my wife and I went to Avondale Dodge to replace our old but dependable 85 Buick LeSabre. I miss that car. I was rear ended at 45mph and it never drove the same. This was our first joint auto purchase.

After an hour of looking at what vehicles they would let us see, we decided on a 06 Dodge Stratus SXT. We added the alarm, tinted windows, and a full 80,000 warranty. I mentioned that the car needed new tires. I asked if that warranty covered tires, brakes, etc and were told yes it did. After going through the motions we drove off in our new but used car.

About two weeks later we went back to sign the final contract for our car. Everything seemed fine until I went for a scheduled oil change. After my vehicle maintenance was completed they had a 31.00 bill waiting for me.

I was asking what the Hell? I thought I had a warranty that covered all this. They told me that when we signed the contract the financing company raised the interest rate and to keep the warranty we would of had a higher payment. Something else they didn't mention when we signed the papers.

The cashier said to talk to financing so I gave financing a piece of my mind and they agreed to pay for the oil change. I said good because I wasn't going to.

When I first called to schedule the oil change appointment I mentioned that the vehicle needed tires and brakes. The service manager said; "we don't cover that" and I asked him why would I be told that they did then. No answer. He kept repeating himself "we don't cover that" like he was retarded.

Isn't there ANY kind of liability to what customers are told? Why are they allowed to lie and cheat and get away with it? Bastards. If anything goes wrong with this vehicle they are fixing it for free.
