I received a letter in the mail from the "Award Notification Commission."  Inside was a lengthy certificate with "Official Mail Delivery" in bold across the top of the page.  It offered a provisional payment schedule in the event I won the $3,000,000 prize.  

The only catch is that I'd have to send $11.89 to this random PO Box in Kansas City to be entered.  It actually looks fairly official.  The form has a form number, id number, stamps, barcodes, etc.  It also requests the money be sent 7 days upon receipt of the form.  There is one name, which you really have to look for because of its small size, James Mallory.  He is the "Authorized Prize Dealer."  Very fancy.  

There is no company or business name.  I scanned the document for a few minutes and quickly came to realize its just some person trying to gip a few bucks from me.   Scam written all over it!

Please do not fall for this!

Processing division ..I received a letter stating that I had won 1,325,000.00.. and all I had to do was send them 11.89 in cash, check or money order ..payable to ANC..the check which looks very legitimate is attached to the bottom .When I saw it I just knew that some of the sweeps that I enter from time to time had paid off...and it says it's authorized by Larry Hourd, Executive of Awards...I had actually gotten so exicitec about the check..
