Fortunately, I am sufficiently suspicious of mailings that ask for money. This one says "Your Identification" for some award payment data release "has been finalized and approved" and it involves the person in question being "moved towards completion" and for you sending them an "award payment data release fee of $19.99" they will mail it to you. When filing this report, I noticed there were other reports filed under the title I chose as well as variations of "award payments", "award payments data release division", and "Robert Richards." They are all the same as this one -the problem I suppose is a lack of one company name to go off of from the paperwork which also should raise a red flag with anyone. I would have included a phone number but they have no phone number in their paperwork: another tip off that they are not to be trusted.
