Axess Printing, Brandy Moss, Bill Harris, Edward Busse Axess Printing Operated by Bill Harris and Sales by Brandy Moss Lying About Orders and Stealing From Customers not giving them refunds Cumming Georgia

I paid for Axess Printing to print several copies of my book. I am not going to go into the steps that took placed; however, it was a mutual agreement to refund my money. Bill Harris, the Operations Mgr. (Brandy's boss), sent me an email stating that they will refund my money. I waited a week and I did not receive a refund (my debit card credited for the payment of the print job.) I contacted Brandy via email inquiring about my refund. She stated that she sent the request over to her accounting people (who is not in their office), and she will follow up on it. Three weeks have passed before following up with Brandy Moss. It's been lies after lies about the refund of my money. I have every last one of Brandy's email. One email, Brandy stating that her accounting people will forward the check to their office and she will mail me a check. Another one stating, she have the check and it will go out in the mail. Brandy even have gone as far as send me a copy of a check that was written out with Andrea Busse name signed to it. I have a list of dates I wrote down talking with Brandy. Every time I talk with her...I knew she was lying. She stated that she will check on my payment. They will issue a check out for the amount owed. Brandy even claim that she will drive the check down to my office. Constant lies. After, I really said enough is enough after six months, I stated that I was going to actively pursue to get my refund. I contacted my financial institute to asked for a charge back. They told me that after 90 days, they don't issue a charge back. It was 90 days trying to get my book right before we thought about a refund. We were trying to work with Axess Printing. I sent Brandy an email stating that I will be at their location at specific day (giving them a couple days to gather my funds) to collect my refund. The day I was going to make the 2 hours and 20 minutes drive, I called Brandy. She immediately gave Bill the telephone. Bill sounding like he really don't care attitude. I see why because after talking to Bill. I have started to gather all my documentations (including the FAKE check Brandy sent me via email) and printed them all out. Let me back track a little. During my conversation with Bill. He explained that they don't write checks. That I have to do a charge back. I explained to him with the lies that Brandy have told for so many months, I cannot do a request a charge back. They will have to issue a charge back. Bill was so quick to state, "Brandy was not allowed to do that." He stated that a few times, "Brandy was not allowed to do that." Then he went onto say, that they don't write checks because in the past, they have given people their money back and they still have done a charge back.
I have all my documents ready to forward to an attorney. When I went to look up this company on the internet...it was a BUYERS BEWARE. They have a "F" rating with BBB. Even though, that really does not mean anything, if they are not a member with BBB, as I was told by an attorney who is a victim of Axess Printing. He's in another state. He said that if someone or myself file a Federal class action lawsuit against Axess, everyone from other states, such as Michigan (another victim), could be a part of the lawsuit. Old employees of Axess has been contacted and talking to people/businesses that have complaints with Axess. The other businesses/people are the same, Axess Printing is not refunding their money. Some took it as a lost and some have done what I have done and that is not have the time to pursue it. Therefore, Axess Printing continue to get over on people/businesses because of lack of consumer knowledge on this company.

There is a website, with three victims corresponding about their experience. One even went to the point to logging all his transactions w/Axess Printing in Cummings. If you all have had dealings with Axess Printing, you will know these transactions all too well. I don't know if this report will let me place the email address online but lets give it a try it's absolutewrite.com. There are two forums complaining about Axess Printing. One talked about poor quality of work. One stated that they are not having any luck with contacting Axess Printing about the problem and the other stating that they had similar situation; however, they went to their cc company and the cc company gave them their money back. The other forum is the one I mentioned above. You can click onto the website I've listed above. Do a search for forums and you can see it for yourself. As well as you can do a Google search and you will see the Axess Printing company rating from all the directory internet sites. The ones that allow you to rate the companies, you will see that Axess Printing has a poor company rating.

Axess Printing, Brandy Moss and Bill Harris has not heard the last of me. It's really amazing, I have had four people to contact me stating that they are having the same situation with Axess Printing. That they have started their own investigation and how they would like a copy of the check Brandy forwarded to me via email signing Andrea Busse's name.

I don't like how this Brandy has lied to me numerous times. As I mentioned to Bill...I would like my money but it's all about principle now. I have been lied to on numerous occasions. This has taken a lot of time from me that I don't have. It appears that they have no intentions on paying me. I just want my refund now. I am not going to play my hand; however, if I have to pursue this further, I will be compensated for all work.
