I answered an ad in the WORKKAMPER NEWS in Oct 09, and worked for them until today when I was told not to contact them anymore as I was harassing them.

I have never been paid regularly, and not at all since the end of 2009!!  I am owed three weeks of pay @$500.00 a week, through 1/21/10 and then 20% of the gross profits of the company.  PLUS...$120.00 per day, plus damages, and then 25% of the gross profits...ADD IT UP!!!

After several visits from the constable, they were told to leave their residence, and had no where to live with their 2 dogs, 7 cats, 2 tortoises, and a Bull snake!

Kim asked me if she and the animals could stay with me for three days, then asked if her husband could stay also. She insisted that she pay me $120.00 cash per day as that was the kennel fee alone for the animals.  Then three days turned into over three weeks, as they still had nowhere to go.  I was paid just a few dollars under the new agreement (less than $300.00) and a new contract was writen 02/21/10 that called for 25% of the gross profits. The contract called for immediate payment as received.  I have been paid nothing.  Kim left on 2/24/10, Jim, 10 days later.  No payment.

I assisted Kim in securing a drive away RV from Cruise America to get her and the animals to leave my home and to Atlant, to be with her family.  The company has since called me looking for her and the RV. The RV was never delivered to its destination in VA. 

The cats ruined the wallpaper, mattress, furniture and carpets, the dogs ruined my carpets with urine and feces, Kim overflowed the sink in the bathroom and flooded the room, ruining the vanity and creating mold.  The damage also includes doors, windows, screens, blinds, and she hit my mailbox with the RV and did nothing to repair or pay for any of the damage.  My home still smells from their presence.

There are several other complaints on this site and others against them and their BBB rating stands at "F"!!!  My understanding is that they now operate the business from a rent by the week motel room, a missing RV and a pre-paid cell phone.

I can find no evidence of a business license, no AZ receipt or sales tax license, and they told me that they never deposited any of the money that was withheld from my pay to the appropriate authorities. When asked, they have failed to produce any financial or sales records. I was told by Kim that she is dealing with the IRS for evasion and that Jim owes over $180,000 in child support.
