On April 26th 2008 we hired Kim & Jim to build a website for our realcoolrides.com business for their azmerchantdirectory.com which is the front page of azcarsandtrucks.com. And by the way which doesn't work. They took $375.00 and a file of one of a kind of automobile pictures of cars that we had completed (restoration, custom paint jobs etc.). They were contacted several times about the website and they had a book full of excuses. They quit answering phone calls and emails from us. They have never built the website or launched it, never refunded money, and they kept the pictures that are not replacable.
We have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and Kim and Jim won't even respond to them. They are scam artist and theives that pray for you. Beware!!! Do not do any business with these people.

Jim and Kim Scarmazzino are developing a history of not living up to financial responsibilities. I can tell you the reason they didn't work on your site was because they have dial up at their home. They do not even have the money for high speed internet despite running a website for a living.
If they haven't paid you back now, they have created a self justifiable reason for not doing the work or not paying you back.
The livelihood of these people is based on the taking advantage of others and then hoping the victims will act helpless and do nothing about it.
Act. Don't let them get away with this.
