I hired Kwaku Duren (B. Kwaku Duren) in 2010 to take over a federal case that I had going on. It was an easy case that was already prepared by another attorney. Kwaku failed to appear in courts 3 times and then he failed to respond to the motion to set aside dismissal. On top of all that, he failed to respond promptly to the appeals court.
I then sued Kwaku and was awarded over $250,000 for malpractice against him. He has had his California State Bar license revoked after many other clients reported him.
If anybody has any information that can help to locate him, please repsond to this report. I am Mercury Manzano Marilla and would like to pursue my judgment collections against him.

Here is the evidence of the judgment against B. Kwaku Duren in the amount of $250,000+ awarded to me. It is page 2 of the judgment. I hope that nobody else gets hurt by this person. He is a terrible attorney.
