I had a debt. They bought my debt. I paid my debt. They did nothing to clear my credit report nor did they think I paid enough. I sent copies of the withdraws they made from my checking and still they did nothing. I owed the debt and I paid it.

They told me when I set up the payments that all I had to do is call in before the end of the month, I said the 29th would be good for me. So I did as they said, I called in. However what they failed to tell me was, they set me up on automatic withdraw. They took my call in and did auto withdraw. Thus putting my checking in the negative. After calling and getting very loud they did send a payment back to me. I did not get any money for the over draft. I told them that I did not agree to an auto withdraw and that I will call in to get it withdrawn. The next month I call in and they do the same thing. I call and raise h*ll with them again. They tell me to cancel the check, so I do. I get no money off the next payment to cover the cost to cancel it.

This company is only out for themselves!!
Now, they say I did not pay it all. I sent copies of checks to show that I did.
They will figure it out they say.
Now they are saying they cant take it off my credit report that it is a bad debt, because it is not up to them. However in a letter they sent to me, it says they will.
The stress from them alone is enough to really mess up a person!
