Backgroundchecks.com Report was not detailed and incorrect. Document couldnt be read without special software Dallas Internet

I needed a driving report for DMV services. I contacted this company and asked if they could provide me with a document that would suffice and include all the neccesary information in a formatted page. I was told that their basic driving record was all i needed in  a PDF format. 

After paying for the record i received an email containing the PDF format of the document. I proceeded to open the document and it says demo version of "Dynamic PDF" which left large large watermarks and lines across the page. Essentially this was a useless document and i called the company to ask why i needed to purchase software to read the document i was transfered around and hung up on numerous times. When i finally got ahold of somebody they told me i can buy the software or get refunded for the PDF. 

I said i needed the PDF format as the normal verison came with ads and instead of being formatted it had the information spread across many pages with some details on a coverpage. This format isnt accepted by many institutions as its scattered and seems fraudulent. When i explained this to them they told me that if i can read it they did their "job" so no refund was given other than for the PDF format.

Please avoid this company as they provide poor products and dont stand by the services they provide.
