I bought a mattress and a couch from Badcock Furniture. I was promised first one in the morning delivery. I canceled two Doctors appointments I had that day, to make sure as they requested I be home. When noon rolled around I called the store and was told that it would be delivered late in the day.

I asked to speak to the sales Lady but was told she was off that day so I asked for the manager. After telling her what I had been promised she said oh well a couples came in with a $20,00.00 order and they got what they asked for and was pretty much told all the times I did business over the years there did not matter.

I asked what ever happened to keeping ones word to a steady customer and was just brushed off. I will never after 15 years of doing business with them ever buy another thing from any of their stores.

I think the staff there is in great need of lessons on serving it's customers with a smile before and after the money is exchanged and never promise what you can not do!!!!!!!!!

It is unfortunate that some deliveries are not made on time as promised.  Human error is the cause many times.  The salesperson forgets to communicate to the delivery team about time restrictions or promises.  In spite of our mistakes, our accuracy rate is improving all the time

However, as owner of Badcock Furniture in Arcadia we have never pushed aside customers because of bigger sales or classifying certain customers as more important.  We treat all customers equally and fairly.
