Badcock Furniture Lane Recliner Arcadia Florida

Purchased 2 Lane recliners. In 4 1/2 months we couldn't stand it any longer.
Both chairs cushions, on back and seat, were breaking down very noticably. The fabric looked extremely worn. The chairs were being used by 2 adults. We took the chairs back to the Arcadia, FL Badcock store. The manager said he thought they looked normal. He promised to have them looked at when I pushed to have it addressed. The repairman came out put some leveling foam in the seats and indicated that we might as well wait to see what they were going to do with them before he tried to do more. This would make them more comfortable until that time. They sent the chairs off and they came back 3 week earlier than they said and we were told everything was normal. I would not accept them back in that condition. They finally agreed to a store credit less depreciation. Which was deducting $130 per chair. I thought that was a large deduction for something there was nothing wrong with...according to him. We finally got tired of fighting with them and went in to spend our store credit. We were informed that another billing cycle had dropped so they were deducting even more. Approximately another $40 per chair. Needless to say when they told us we owed more it was the last straw. NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE...the staff is rude, the service is poor, and the product is sub-standard. I truly believe that because most of their clients deal on credit they think they can take advantage and speak to them in unprofessional manner. I should not have paid in full when I purchased the chairs. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW DON'T BUY FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE..THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!
