Baer's Furniture Defective Furniture and extra furniture coverage was a misleading fort lauderdale Florida

We bought a $7000.00 couch from Baer's in September 2014. We were sold on the extra coverage, buying a couch that expensive we felt it would be prudent. The couch is falling apart, we the cushions are. We complianted once, they sent out a guy to glue the couch back together, thats right glue!!! We called them again as the problem is back and now its worse, and other cushions are starting to fall apart as well. The manager was rude and condisending to my wife, and curt with me when i called to ask what my remedies are. He was busy and didnt have time to deal with me. I have contacted my attorney and we will be sending a demand letter to both the store and their headquarters. We will give them ten days to rectify before we file suit in Florida for the couch, the interest paid on the credit cards and the hassle we have gone through. We went with Baers originally thinking a more expensive couch would be better put together and our customer service experience would be great. We were oh so wrong. Stay away from buying an overpriced peice of garbage that will fall apart after 4 months. I am sure I wil have to sort this our in court.
