I purchased three Platinum, reserved seats ($150 each) and upon arrival, there were NO assigned seats in that section. Patrons with out proper wrist bands were occupying seats and were not made to move to make room for people who had paid purchased seats in that section. When I asked staff about the seats, they first stated that they are not to blame, that the seats failed to be identified, and for me to find seats wherever I could.
