Balboa music festival Tired of being screwed Blatantly lied by not all performers performing and didn't give a dam about our health because they had us standing in line for hours just to get in the gate. Internet

I went to the Balboa music festival and it was the most unorganized crap I've ever experienced in my life. Parking was horrific and unorganized and then they made us stand in line for hours to get into that mess. People were passing out and throwing up due to the 100 plus degree weather. It was announced that it began at 11am but it started after 1pm therefor all the acts were cut short and all didn't get to perform. My friend was told when she went to will call that they wouldn't take her conformation # because she had to have printed it off line. She offered to let them read her email and they told her that could be anyone's email and that she had to buy another ticket if she wanted to get in. No where did it say that when she purchased the ticket on line. She was pissed and left and now I wish I would have gone with her because where we sat you couldn't hear nothing see nothing not even the monitors they had covered by peoples tents in front of us. This junk was nothing short of a rip off and I want to be totally refunded.
