Balboa Music Festival Fraud Encino, California

I purchased four tickets for the first annual Balboa Music festival that took place on September 15, 2012.  The ticket price was $55.00 each and I purchased a parking ticket that was to be at will call.  However, they had no access to will call for parking tickets therefore I had to pay an additional $25.00 to park only to stand in line for 2 hours in the hot sun with 107 degree heat waiting to enter the park. 

They were very un-organized and late letting the people in as this caused the concert to be late as well.  They had one line two security guards checking people before entering.  Although I arrived by 9:00am just to be early I did not get into the venue until 12:00 and the concert did not start on time, you could not hear what little music they were trying to play as it was not loud enough, HORRIBLE sound system, no screens to view the concert for those that had general addmission tickets. The performers were cut short with 2-3 songs sung each and not the full song at that because they were late getting started and to TOP it off we did not see who we really came to see "GLADYS KNIGHT".

At 7:00pm all you heard was thank you for coming, no announcement that we were at the end of the show, nothing just took our money like a thief in the night or a bunch of THIEVES! I demand my money back REFUND PLEASE for false advertising and overall really bad service.  I am so disapointed as I have attended many music festivals and this is the worst event I have ever been to, if they have a second annual I will be there to protest with BIG signs.  They need to use OMEGA EVENT to do their concert planning or myself and I am not an event planner but I guarantee you I can do better than what they did....
