Balley's Total Fitness cancel policy Marietta Georgia

While signing up for a Bally's memebership I told the customer service agent that i would be moving in a few months to a city where there is not a ballys close by. He said no problem that if you move 25 miles from the gym you sign up at that it would not be a problem to cancel. After trying to cancel for about a month now I have a ballys location 23 miles from my new home. You can not cancel unless you are 25 miles from any balley's gym. Therefore I am unable to cancel. Had I known this i would have done a month to month payment plan. Also I tried to call and change my payment information on there 800 number and they charge you $10.00 to change your information with a agent and it is free to do so with a auto response. While entering your member number for the auto response it does not read it. I entered it atleast 7 times. Therefore they pretty much force you to speek with a agent and charge you $10. You are unable to update at the gym for some reason. I am extremly unhappy with the way Bally's fitness is run. Seems like it is all a big scam.
