Went into Bally Fitness to inquiry about a day pass while visiting fll. Attendant attempted to sell a multiyear contract. Which I declined. she offered me a sports drink, then asked me to pay for it. I made the mistake of handing her my credit cArd. A few weeks later found out she had enrolled me at their plan. Contacted. Bally to cancel, contacted Citibank to cancel charges. Despite my best efforts, Bally kept billing me for years. Citibank eventually charged my card to the maximum limit, 5000, forcing me to pay and cancel my account with them. Bally kept billing me for years, despite continued requests to desist. Damaged my credit and costed me thousands of dollars on forged documents.
