After going in to Bally to cancell membership they told me I had to call their 888 889 5365. after waiting on hold for 43 min, they told me I had to write a letter to cancel. Here is the address they e-mailed me to send the letter to

Att Cancelation Deparment
Po Box 96241, Washington DC.

You need to include your name, acc # and the reason
PROBLEM: No zipcode.. more BS so you cant cancel
