""BALLY'S TOTAL RHEME JOB""

One day back in 1994 I , James, went to sign up at Bally's Total Fitness.After signing the contract, they informed me that I could cancel at any time if I were to mail in fifty dollars and a typed letter of cancelation.

Well I ended up having to do just that in 1995. Four years later Bally's called me and informed me I owed them over $800.00.Well I was shocked and told this individual that I was never,never,never,never,never ever going to pay this bill and that they could "WEDGE IT"!!

Well after lowering the $800.00 finally down to $150.00 I still would never pay it so we agreed to $50.00 and a letter of cancelation AGAIN.It is now the year 2004 and yestereday I got a letter from Bally's stating I owe them not $800.00 but $2000.00.Interesting.

Bally's Total Fitness is really "Bally's Total Rheme Job"!!!All this company is in buisness for is to Steal from the general public.Bally's does not honor their own contract and has no intention of honoring you!!They RIP OFF everyone they can and something has to be done to stop this!I will say right now that I am making it my mission in life to spend every spare moment making their lives terrible!!

They are nothing but criminals and low-lives who have not a clue what is to conduct good-business.STAY AWAY FROM BALLY'S....PLEASE!!!!

Tey are committing fraud and have done so against me two times!!!Let's ask them if they ever report their so-called customers to outside collection.

They don't because if they did they would be out of buisness due to lawsuites meaning the actual filing would be classified as fraud!Can we come together and put this company out of business???......

Bally's is in for it!!!!!!!!I will never quit!!! I am not the only one.Just look arround and you will find us!

Bally's Sucks Horribly and should be put out of business.
