Bancard WARNING .. WARNING.. DO NOT EVER USE BANCARD CREDIT CARD COMPANY Las Vegas, Nevada

I ended my contract with Bancard Credit Card Company in 2010. Today, February 13, 2013 Bancard when into my bank account and took all the money in the account and then tried to do it again a few hours later. My bank account is now overdrawn over $1000.00. I have not used this company since 2010 and when I noticed that they were still taking money from the account I had my bank stop payment. Well 3 years later Bancard decided to see if they could more money from my account. Because there was not enough money in the account it became overdrawn. I alerted the bank (Bank of America) first thing and filed the paperwork needed to stop Bancard. In the mean time my account is un-usable. Also any time a client comes in to do business I have to tell them that Bancard is invading my bank account and they need to have cash instead of using thier credit card which is an inconvinence to my customer and our business. When I asked the bank how Bancard was able to do this they told me that the creduit card companies will continue to try and run any bank account numbers to see if they can get any money out of peoples accounts. In the mean time the business owner has to file multiple paper work to stop the transaction. This does not mean that you will get your money back. Also as they drain your accounts you are being charged bank fees for being overdrawn. This is unacceptabe business practices and the credit companies who do these kind of thinks should be penalized.
