Bank Of America - Countrywide Bank Of America took over Countrywide and taking our home! Simi Valley, California

Please Help!! Due to a job layoff we were late on a payment. I immedialty called to report job layoff to Countrywide and they were most helpful and courteous. Got the payment in and soon Bank of America took over and has gone down hill. When I tried to call in my payment I could not get passed the "zip code of property" button. Thats strange, I know my zip code!! Could not pay by phone and mailed in. Then they finally called us and we reported the zip code problem and they did not want to hear it. I explained the job loss and need help in order of filling out applications. Although I still have a full-time job my spouse in TEMPORALY laid off and we can make our payments. They told me that was fine and took some info on our situation. Yes we started to trail by one month. I immediatly took on a second fulltime job to get out of the hole. I called again and was instructed to send my monthly bills ect along with pay stubs. Did that right away. I still received our mortgage coupons and it had a balance so I sent it all in. Did not get any return calls as I requested because I wanted to get on top of this. I finally did get someone after 1 hour because remember I still cant get passed the "zip code" buttton so being very angry I kept pushing the O and finally got someone. Well I spoke to this totally unprofessional on our case and trying to question our application. She could not answer any questions. I wanted to verify that my check was received and find out where we stood in all this "Obama Bail out help". She just laughed. So again I pay my mortgage threw the mail. The next thing I know I get advertisments in the mail from attoneys regarding they can help with FORCLOSURE!! i flipped. On the phone again for hours getting know where. They had taken my payments and did not apply them to my loan they put them in escrow. But what about my other checks? Never cashed and they state "Never recieve" So now I am so mad I cant even think strait. I tell her the only reason I had a incline in a problem was threw the JUNK MAIL!!! "Your Home is in Foreclosure" she says to me. Then she tells me that they have no income slated for us! Are you kidding me! I sent all paperwork!!! And had the fax receipt that they received!! I tell her right off the bat what are income is and I can hear the keyboard typing, " AHHH nope you dont qualify for anything"!! WHAT!!! in 1 second you can tell me this but yet others I know the application process is so backed up it can take months!! Now ilm crying! So I say ok, deep breath I want to pay my mortgage payments and any balance you are telling me I have! "No ilm sorry we cannot take your payment you house is in forclosure" Ok let me get this strait. You are telling me we are in forclosure that you have not sent any notice or ANYTHING and now you wont accept anypayments so of course that would put us more behind but yetI have all this money in my account to pay and you wont accept it. Yes that is correct. Then she tells me to rent out a room to a loved one to have more income!!! Ilm now screaming! She is now telling me what our monthly income is and is off by about 3 grand and would not listen to me!! I asked to send me a letter stating that we are in forclosure cause I sure dont have one!!! OK thatll take 30 days and all my money in escrow will be returned to me. So they will not send me a letter, I have all this money that they will not take, the mortgage payments that I have made they put in escrow and time is ticking bye!! They say we will have to pay all attorney fees. For being late and then you wont take anypayments to put us on tract? No answer! Then we continue to call, get another non English speaking that gives us an ENTIRE diffrent story! We have taken names and extension numbers but of course they are "NOT AVAILABLE" We got a letter overnight from the Union that we have funds available if needed in harship times because the economy stinks but we cant get any extra funds because they will not send a letter and seem that they want our home, do not want to help, will not accept payments and while ilm making payments they put in escrow not applying to loan putting us more time behind on their end. Sorry so sloppy and mispelled words I havent slept, so stressed, two children and Bank Of America had our life upside down. Please Help
