Bank Of Bullion /AMG Assets Inc. Bank Of Bullion /AMG Assets Inc. Never Delivered My gold after they took my money Miame Florida

On 8/9/2014 I ordered 1 Gram Pam Suisse Gold Bar .9999 (lot of 5 Bars) and 2.5 Gram Pamp Suisse Gold Bar .9999 (Lot of 2 Bars) I still do not have it.
On 8/9/2014 I ordered 1 Gram Pam Suisse Gold Bar .9999 (lot of 5 Bars) and 2.5 Gram Pamp Suisse Gold Bar .9999 (Lot of 2 Bars)I was told my payment would take about 7 business days to process and then 2-3 business days for my order to ship. My Check was cashed but My order was not shipped until 9/3/2014. I had tried to contact Bank of Bullion several times during this time frame with no result. I received and email on 9/3 stating my order had been shipped. I received my order on 9/11/2014 and it was not at all what I had order. there where only two gold US coins. I talked with Bank of bullion and they stated if I sent it back they would correct my order. I FedEx my order back on 9/12/2014 it arrived to them on 9/17/2014 signed by J Cuellar. I then continued to try and get ahold of Bank of Bullion to verify when they would be shipping out my corrected order, I was ignored until 9/22/2014 when they stated it would be shipped on the following Tuesday when they received their next consignment. I have since tried to contact them again with no answer, they voicemail box is full, they do not respond to emails, and now their website has been shut down. I paid a good amount of money to them for Gold coins I do not have. now I am out $614.01
