On 8/22/14, I ordered one 1 oz gold coin for a price of $1,346.84. After speaking with the company spokesperson (whom I was led to believe is the owner), it was arranged for money to be electronically transferred to their bank account on 8/25/14, which is was. I spoke with the same gentleman on 8/27/14 who confirmed they had received the payment and the coin was to be sent shortly. It was not and I subsequently called several times but have since landed each time in voice mail. I left messages and sent email but have received no responses. As of 9/27/14, the coin has not been received and their website says the order is still "waiting fulfillment."

I have photos of the envelope he sent me with their return address as well as a bank statement showing the money transfer went through. As one can tell from the large number of BBB complaints and the other report on this site, potential customers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Many have reported being cheated by them.
I like how he wants me to send him a check. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, well, that's not happening.

We don't have the ACH Electronic Check Payment Service which is why we never received payment. Maybe you placed an order with another company. Please send us a paper check payment and we would be happy to ship order.

October 2, 2014 - After filing the original compliant on September 27, 2014, I received an email on September 30, 2014 saying my order had shipped. The package arrived on October 2, 2014. Upon opening the package, inside was the wrong coin - one 1 oz silver coin and not the 1 ounce gold coin ordered.
