Bank Of Montreal my bank basically let a land title go threw to someone else name i still carried morgage my girlfriend was murdered and the house was insured and has now been paid and i dont have a house or my girlfriend Calgary Alberta Canada

my girlfriend and i bought a home threw the bank of montreal the morgage was insured threw them. In july of 08 we were going to sell the house to her relative the bank said it would make it easier if we signed the land title over us not having a clue but listening to someone that new wat they were talking about

I found out later that this relative has no credit at all so i called the bank to resind the offer they refused in september of 08 it the title transfered in october 08 my girlfriend was murdered.

well i was trying to deal with her death her relative got her death cercificate took it to my bank and handed it in from that point forward my bank would not talk to my about my account at all but inturn they were sharing our personal info with the relative.

because of wat transspired not only have i lost my girlfriend but ive also lost my house and i really hold the bank of montreal responsible for it i just want people to be aware this can happen to anyone and if i can help someone else by not going threw wat ive had too then ive done my job
