Bannergrams www.bannergrams.com Poor customer service, overall rip off. Missouri City, Texas

I ordered a "welcome home" sign for my husband who was returning to Iraq.  I selected Bannergrams.com because of their "quick turnaround" they advertised.  In fact, they specifically state that in most cases, it will be 24 hours.  I even paid (and was charged for) expedited shipping.  The order was made on 8/24.  

My credit card was charged the full amount (including shipping) on 8/25.  

On 8/31, I checked my order status.  It wasn't even in the queue.  It wasn't even being worked on.  So I sent an email requesting that they cancel the order.  At that point my husband was home, and the order was not even processed.  Nobody ever wrote back.  

Yes -- I tried calling.  Their phone number (which is not easy to find) does not work.  

Cue to today, 9/13.  I receive a package.  It's the banner.  It was shipped three day expedited.  So technically yes I did get my order.  But do the math.  Three days ago was 9/10.  That was still 11 days after I had attempted to cancel it.  Which tells me that someone had not worked on my order, had already charged my credit card, and decided that they were going to go ahead and pretend they did not see my cancellation request.  

And PS?  Don't advertise a 24 hour turnaround when it's more like a 21 day turnaround.  

Bottom line -- do not order from this company.  They are a rip off.
