BARBIZON LIED STRAIGHT TO OUR FACES, GOODMAN DIDNT KEEP HER WORD Internet, Florida

Well it all started with my daughter signing up in a mall we recieve call sometime towards end of Dec,2011  It's Ms Goodman giving my daughter a call first, my daughter was surprised I was called soon after,saying that my daughter was choosen to attend an audition,bla,bla....well and I like any parent thrilled about it, asked my daughter if she wanted to attend she said yes,,to make a long story short we attend Jan. 8th, another bla bla bla from Ms Leslie,at the end of the audition they told everyone that only 60,girls would be called "according to them over 400 attended,..ok so they said if picked we would recieve a call on Monday Jan 9th, so came that day and gone comes Tuesday I dared not to mentioned it to my daughter I was believing she would be disappointed (but I guess I was wrong)

 well I recieved a call late Tuesday from Ms Goodman saying L. was picked and she was thrilled for her and that even though we didnt provide more pictures that Veronica who spoke to L. on the audition day, had said the L. had beautiful eyebrow,that she brought the sunshine in the pic we had provided to them,,well here I'am happy for my daughter
L. was to attend first session Jan,14th 2012..by the 11th I was supposed to fax contract papers signed to all this L. had express to me already that she was not sure she wanted to go? I'm like what are you serious,! was my response.Well I got online and googled Barbizon not a very good impression after reading from Piss-Off Victim's site,more negative then positive comments of this place., well I still wanted to be positive because not because she is my daughter Luna is beautiful so I text Ms. Goodman on Wednesday that I wanted to stop and turn in the forms in person this way I would get to meet her,she replied ok, so that day I went to see her at bout 3pm, and I told her that I really was their because I wanted to see first where my daughter would be going to. I spoke to Leslie and Goodman I mention what I have read on the site mentioned above, Ms Leslie said that it happens in any business and that people would say things bad. I said there where more negative then positive,so I mentioned to them that Luna was having second thoughts,they re-assure me she would be okey and that they would help with her self-esteem,and her grades would improve,  bla bla

,well like I mention I'm thrilled not letting all that said about the Barbizon get to me.  Ms. Goodman suggested I bring in Luna so that she would meet her,and we agreed on Thursday Jan 12 so that we can have a tour of the place,..sure enough I'm there that day with L., Ms Goodman spoke to us again about the program about how they could help her and bring her self-esteem up,and confidence,, well then she said at one point and I quote and unquote"come to the session and if you go back home not wanting to keeping coming I will refund all your money" And I'm no lie..today is Jan 23rd. Ms Goodman ignored my request of my money that they already have charged my bank., to them I called financial office and requested that my money be refunded as to Ms. Goodman promised to refund my money, Ms. Goodman never gave me a copy of the contract that I signed financial said they would mail out me the copy I spoke to them on Jan.17th,  this woman at financial I explained to her all the happening administrator she would might be able to talk to L...But it never happen, so to all this I have put a stop to payments and I will do all it takes to have them refund my money..Now how can a 13 y/o  believe these kind of Scout-Recurriters! oh,sorry this is a franchise so every state in the U S A and in Puerto Rico will see what they done to my daughter I feel so stupid,my own daughter told me they are rip-offs, my daughter also said "Mom if I have it, to be what I wanna be I can do modeling or acting at any age I just dont feel this is the time,,,and so that being said I will visit any site possible to put these as what they are scams,rip-offs..like L. said all they want is your money,how are you going to learn in two sessions in a month ,please that is already telling you they are rip-off's....
