I am Australian and placed an order on the 2nd August 08 to be picked up wen we visited the USA. This order did not arrive at the shipping address supplied and we have found that Bargain Anime has no phone contact. Repeated emails to the supplied address do not receive a reponse and the order confirmation has no shipping date, company or reference number. The only information supplied is Bargain Anime order number.
In short we have no way of contacting Bargain Anime as they do not respond to emails and cannot follow up the shipping company as this information is not supplied.

Any suggestions as to how we can follow this up are appreciated!
