we bought a box set from bargain anime 2 months ago with our credit card online. They took the money off our card the next day . we bought extra shipping so it would get here quicker. We have been waiting for 2 months. we have emailed them a number of times to find out a tracking number or something so we could see where our package was. They have still not returned our emails. there is no phone number to contact them and there is no address anywhere to be found.
