Bargain Anime No tracking information, deplorable customer service, stealing from people Pasadena California

I found the site while searching for the lowest prices for several books. The price was great, so I placed the order, and imediatly received the confirmation. They took the forty dollars right away, but 48 hours later, I was still left without a tracking number.

Looking into the company, I found that almost no one who ordered from the site ever received their products. It has now been several more days since the original 48 hours, and even though the information page said the items should be ariving soon, I am still without the products, or even my tracking number.

I tried their email, but, as other victims have said, they do not reply. This is plain and simple thievery; they are quick to take money, but reluctant to actually send anything. They should be shut down.
