BargainPack.com Bargain Pack No product and no refund Internet, Internet

I ordered 4 items and only received 3 items but to date have not received a refund, replacement product or original product.

The owner said the item I ordered was out of stock and asked if I want something else...then several weeks later an email goes out saying she has the item in question and it is on sale for a higher amount. I responded to that email (guess she didn't figure I was on that mailing list) and said one was supposed to be for me because I already paid for it. She said she was "just about to email me" and would get it to me right away.

Well here it is March 2012 and I still had to contact her again to inquire and she says she "gave the package to the girls over a week ago" and it should have made it to me by now. Nonsense.  We have been corresponding about this for months and each time there is a new excuse.
