Bargainpack.com Prolonged shipping, no refund for out of stock and missing items Magna, Utah

I had to wait over 4 weeks for order to come. I contacted owner numerous times even suggesting she send me what she did have and send the item BO to me in an envelope.   Was told items were coming and they never showed up until over a month.  On the order she wrote out os stock on some items wiht the words refunded money.    Gayle never refunded my money after requesting the money from her.  I have emails on all the correspondence with her.  She owes me approximately 17 dollars which i can use. I havent ever had any problems with Gayle and her business and do not know what has happened to her and her business, but i will not reecommend her store to anyone nor will i buy from her again.  Makes me sad.  Get with it lady or leave and sell the business.
