Barmensen Labs Non Stop charges, no phone, no returns, no money back guarantee Edison New Jersey

I'm going to try and keep my cool here. I bought a product from them for $59.95 with a 30 day money back guarantee. I called 2 weeks later to get my money back guarantee and could never get through to them on the phone. I literally stayed on hold for an hour, twice- in the middle of the afternoon.

I was then charged $30 for another product. I kept calling and emailing them through the form on their site and never heard anything back. I then got charged $90. I keep getting products shipped to my house. I then checked the web and found some people reporting of them doing this.

Now I finally on 1/30 get someone on the phone. A guy named Angelo, I told him everything that happened and that if they didn't refund me I was going to post here and contact the Attorney General. He hung up on me. I called back and got some wise guy named DJ on the phone. He gave me a return number. He said as soon as I return the product- "gimme a couple weeks to get you that money back". While I was on the phone with him I told him I do not want to get charged for anything else and to take me out of any other program. He said it was done.

Now two days later my card gets charged again for $30. I've been calling them all morning. They have 4 different options to choose when you call their 800 number (1 for this, 2 for money back, 3 for product ordering, etc.) I've pressed every single one and it just loops you around to the welcome greeting everytime. This company is a total scam. I guarantee its just two scum bag guys sitting in their parents basement getting away with this s**t. Excuse my language but I don't like getting taken advantage of. I'm warning anyone reading this to please not order anything from them. I'm reporting my case to the attorney general of CT and cancelling my credit card that they keep charging. I have to just cut my losses with these guys or they're going to keep doing it. I've also reported the transactions to my bank.

The most frustrating thing is not getting anyone on the phone. Its a total scam. Good luck and I hope if you're reading this its not too late.
