Bartolini Finance $10,000 debt for a $4000 vehicle that I co-signed for 10 years ago!! Mesa Arizona

    I was a co-signer for a vehicle in 2003 with my husband due to him already having a vehicle with JDRhyder. I didn't even have a job or income due to me having a new baby. I returned the vehicle a month later due to leaving the state and my husband. They never said that I was going owe more. 6.5 years later they sent me a letter stating I owed thousands of dollars due to them selling the car for 1/2 its worth at auction so I owed the difference, and they said I owed 7 years of interest.

     I didn't hear from them again until last month when they have taken over half my check every two weeks. I am a single mother with 2 children, I can't beleive they can take that much. There has got to be something I can do. I really don't want to claim bankruptcy but what else is there, I can't support my family on this income, I just graduated from college and have used all the savings.

Please Help!!
