Basic Enterprise Inc Invoice past due over 100 days Elk Grove Village Illinois

We are a trucking company based out of Illinois that hauled a partial load cross country for Basic Enterprise Inc. We agreed to a rate of $1100 for the linehaul of the freight and delivered it on time with clean bills. Since then, we invoiced them a few days after delivery (Which was back in early September 2017 and now it is late December 2017) and haven't heard from them at all if they were processing the payment or wouldn't even update us on the status of the payment. And whenever I would call their phone I always got cheap excuses that Mark (apparently their AP manager or whoever tf he is) is out sick, next time I called he was out in the warehouse, and lately when I called he was apparently on vacation. These are all strategies to blow off the lingering issue that BASIC ENTERPRISE INC does NOT want to pay for the services my company performed for them. I am not the first or the last trucking company that hauled for them that didn't get paid, and there are bad reviews on Google about Basic Enterprise Inc from other carriers defend my argument. IF YOU CAN'T PAY YOUR CARRIERS, THEN DON'T GIVE OUT FREIGHT!!! ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!! And today, I've had enough with the lies and runarounds so I decided to stop by personally to their office to collect my money. Some ignorant POS in a suit comes out with a nasty attitude knowing he owes us money but acts like nothing ever happened, and tries to convince me that Basic Enterprise no longer exists which is complete BS because all they did was switch the name from Enterprise to Warehousing and Distribution Services, which is also known as a DBA. He told me bunch of lies and finally says there's nothing I can do to help you and you won't be getting a check today. When I said I'm going to file against their surety bond he said F you and get out of here, then slammed the door. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND A SHADY COMPANY! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK ANY FREIGHT WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. YOU WILL LEARN WHY WHEN THEY DON'T PAY YOU!
