On Feb. 17, 2019 I ordered a laptop battery from this rip-off company. There is no telling how many customers that have had this happen do not understand how this scam works. They take your e-commerce data, credit card info, etc. and then they send you a so-called tracking number. What happens next is, you the customer do not receive the product or products as intended. The deceptive company takes your money, invest it (short-term) or even longer until you contact them. They then tell you it is arriving. Next, you still do not get your product. They tell you they need to put you on hold to speak to their manager. These people are working from home folks!!! They have no manager to speak to or otherwise you yourself would have been given the opportunity to speak directly to them. (HUGE RED FLAG).

Next, you call again to tell them to forget their so-called search (they have this thing with it always taking a week) FYI. You ask for a refund and they tell you it will take another week to receive your refund back into your account.

Do not use, do not do business with these foreigners! They are deceptive, they lie and give the run around!

If I do not see my refund in a week I am reporting them to the FTC Federal Trade Commission and also report their bad business practice to their ISP which is of all things, "GoDaddy.com"!

I will also make sure that no traffic is directed to that IP as well. Yes, I can do this!

I hope this helps those of you that are fed up with the way the United States has sold out this country as far as ecommerce is concerned. I will insure that absolutley no traffic will pass the server for batteriesfactoryoutletstore.com
