 I too was at the pet expo and when I came across the Baylee Nasco booth whenI thought I was seeing double, just a few rows away was the other booth Barry and Mindy Kahn used to own which is now owed by his former partner. So its just a coincidence that Baylee Nasco was displaying the same products, they are too based in south Florida and there brochure reads so much like what Barry and Mindy used to have. Most ridiculous thing is the owner kept saying to me that he wont charge my card until we ship....hmmm, why would he say that over and over again when doing so is standard industry practice. So the owner of Baylee Nasco wants us to believe this is all a coincidence. Barry and Mindy charged my debit card for over $2500 and never delivered any product. As a small business it hurt my business tremendously. Please how stupid do you think we are. Barry and Mindy Kahn should be arrested for stealing my money instead hiding behind another company.

I, the owner of Baylee Nasco, take this opportunity to rebut the posting of donnapet59-Alabama and state as follows:

I have  read the report posted by donnapet59-Alabama and I am disappointed with the integrity of this person.  A post submitted to Ripoff Report should be based on your experience with a company and not on unfounded opinion that has the potential to harm the reputation of a good company.

Albeit, Ripoff Report is a vehicle for which people can express their opinion as to their negativee (and positive) experiences with a company.  An anonymous posting does not allow a company to properly address the allegedly aggrieved consumer.  Ripoff Report's policy of never deleting any report is protected by the First Amendment right of free speech and I appreciate the fact mediums such as Ripoff Report exist if used properly and without malicious intent.

While I understand the frustration expressed by donnapet59-Alabama in her report, BAYLEE NASCO HAS NOT SCAMMED ANY ONE and is not affiliated with those persons (whom should not have been identified) named in her report.  This report's singular purpose is to spitfully slander two people and elevate another's ego.

I OBJECT the veracity of this report and CHALLENGE donnapet59-Alabama to call me and address her concerns.
