 Bay View Law Group practicefraudulent business parctices they took my money and did not provide what they state they were going to do for me. In 2007 I lost my job I begin collecting unemployment with the help of my husband I was able to setup an account with Bay View Law Group IN May of 2009 they had inform me that my creditors would be paid and I will be able to repair my credit but this did not happen they took my money and kept it in escrow until I reach about 50% by that time my credit was ruined due to the fact, they ignoried my creditors and after about a year my account was switch to the florida office and they were very concern about you but after a while they were quite rude with you at time and how can someone treat you like this when you are paying them to help you. I always watch my account one day one of my creditors was payed off I call them and they did not even rember paying this creditor and they ask me did I pay them I stated to them how would I have paid this creditor and they had all my money in escrow and then they sent me a letter that one of my creditor was paid off which was over 3,000.00 but in the end when I had to pull out of the program they stated this creditor was not paid I was very upset and I ask them to provide me with a breakdown from the time I started the program until I left they did not provide this for me which lead me to believe they took my money and only gave me a refund for around 1,600.00 I was very hurt that they did not work with me. I could not make my house payment in the 4th year which I lived out of one

paycheck and out of 7 credtior I had  only two creditor left so I ask could they lower my payment so that I can meet my housenote they would not grant this and I had to pull out and on top of that one of my creditors sued me and I had to go

to court. I did not want to file bankruptcy but in the end I am now filing in 2013 due to the two creditors I had still lefy owing now I must file chapter 13 which the courts has a hold to my paycheck for five years I am very hurt because I had lived on one paycheck due to bayview had my money for four years I am living in a nightmare and I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.

ps. Also when I use to go in my account at bayview they had paperwork that belong to another one of there client thats why I feel they did not pay me all my money they took my they process so many accounts they would mix it up.
