We were approached by a talent agent in San Jose (Target), to attend a audition for talent. Agent stated she followed us throughout the store noticing my daughters striking looks and outgoing personality. We attended the audition, thinking what could it hurt, a once in a lifetime opportunity! We were selected and met with a talent director (Courtney Hughes, sister of Erik DeSando, president of the company). We were promised to be a part of a program (television), meetings with agents via satellite from Los Angeles, and numerous other unfilled promises, if we completed boot camp, pictures, work permit, coogan account. We signed up and were greatly disappointed, we have asked for a refund and have not had our numerous phone calls returned, since then San Jose office has closed I assume now Emeryville office is closed or closing without any contact from our talent director.
