Beach body Fraudulent charges on my credit card Groveport Ohio

 I noticed $326.02 was charged to my bank card. I've never even heard of the company. I right away called the phone number that was on the statement. Somebody answered and I told them how my card was charged in the amount of $326.02 and how I was looking at my statement right now. She asked me my information and when I ordered.. I said I don't have any information and I've never ordered, I've never even heard of your company before. She then put me on hold and after about 10 min came back on and said iw will have to report it to my bank if I wasn't a refund . I asked why can't you just stop the charges. Because at this point they were still pending. She said that someone did order something and the cards first 6 and the last 4 were the same but they used a different name. So not too make there customer angry they can't stop the charge.. And I would have to contact my bank for a possible refund. ....
