BEACH BOUND AUTO SALES WILL RIP YOU OFF Milsboro Delaware

the car purchased on ebay was a 1997 volkswagen jetta, the seller said the car ran and drove 100% with no leaks or problems, and car was ready to drive anywhere worry free. i had the car shipped from delaware, and when the car got of the truck the motor was surging the check engine and air bag light was on. also the turn signal wires in the front were missing the tires were all mismatched, rear passenger power window does not work (falls down on its own).

after driving the car it did not run properly, i had it checked out by a mechanic only to find it needed both rear wheel bearings, front left tie rod end new timing chain and gears, emergency brake cable, coil pack, strut mounts, and the rack and pinion steering. when i contacted the dealership to tell them about all the problems jay tribull the owner told me he was going to back date a warrenty and forge my name on it and it would take care of all my problems.

the car has been in the shop for over a month because the warrenty will not cover most of the problems with the car. i contacted the dealership again and asked them what they were going to do and if they were going to pay the difference in the repair bil (over $2000) they said no. i asked them to take the car back and refund my money, and jay then cussed me out on the phone and told me that it was my problem.

i find it disturbing that anyone can practice business in this manor, it is completly unaceptible, and action needs to be taken! i am not the first person that has had this problem either. this guy is a crook do not buy from him you will get screwed be cautious of BEACH BOUND AUTO SALES FALSE internet statments. aka carstruckssuv4less on ebay.
